Farewell, October! | October 2020

It’s the last day of October! This was certainly a busy month, but it was a lovely one.

NaNo Prep!
This NaNo is looking to be a bit different than previous ones for me, but I’m excited about my goals!

Made it to 40K in The Treasonist’s Son!

October was a month of steady progress in TTS, and I am hoping to maintain that progress through November.

Know the Novel (Part One) by Christine Smith

This linkup is so much fun! I always love hearing about what other people are writing!

Reading.
It was a good month for reading! I’ve listened to several audiobooks, started another TBR Jar pick (Twilight), and am also reading Frankenstein and a collection of Edgar Allan Poe’s poems.

Spending time outside.

One of my favorite autumn things is to read outside, and this October offered several opportunities to do just that.

Dressing up for Halloween.

This year we had a very small family gathering outside and made treat bags. I decided to go for a pirate look. The last time I went as a pirate for Halloween was in my tweens, so it was fun to do it again!

What were your favorite October moments? Are you looking forward to November?
