(Sort of) Spring | March 2019

March was a busy month, but looking back it also doesn’t seem like I did very much. So I don’t have much to ramble about as an introduction, I suppose! Hehe.
Revisions for TAD2.
One day I’ll have an update that is about finishing these revisions. ;D But I finished a few chapters and am cautiously hopeful for a finished draft if Camp NaNo goes according to plan in April.

Dabbled in writing some flash fiction.
It was a nice way to keep up the creative flow and have a little fun with some new characters or new ideas for old stories!

ON THE BLOG

AROUND THE BLOGOSPHERE
There is still one more week to participate in this linkup. I’ve had so much fun with these prompts!

Christine launched her new blog and it’s so pretty!

The Electrical Menagerie was one of my favorite new books of 2018 and if you haven’t read it yet, you really should. ;D It’s now available in audiobook format, with a new cover!
Baking experiments.
Two of my siblings had birthdays this month, so I made cupcakes. I also attempted a fancyish layer cake. I still need a lot of practice, but I’ve had fun learning new decorating ideas and tricks!

Enjoying the (occasional) spring day.
The warmer, sunny days are still fewer than the rainy and cold ones have been in March, but flowers have started to bloom and the days have been lovely and I’ve been enjoying the chance to spend more time outside.
How was your March? Any spring adventures? Are you participating in Camp NaNo next month?

  1. I hope Camp NaNo is going well for you! Whether you finished TAD2 or not, you are ALWAYS making steady progress, which is the most important thing. You're dedication to it puts me in awe!

Thank you for the shout-out to my new blog! EEP. I AM HONORED! <333

Those cupcakes look sooo pretty. AND DELICIOUS.

We keep getting cold, rainy days still too. BUT, we've had some absolutely gorgeous spring days in between. It's been lovely!

My March was preeeetty crazy between getting my new blog done AND Fairy Tale Central. But it was also exciting.

I do hope you have the best April!
