The Assassin’s Daughter Turns One! | Q&A Vlog

A few weeks ago, I posted a call for questions for a Q&A vlog—and you all submitted a pretty awesome batch of questions! Responding to them was so much fun and I really enjoyed the opportunity to do something like this.

Just a few quick notes:
Since some of the questions were close enough to have the same answer, I combined them, so I hope y’all don’t mind. Also, in case you want to watch the vlog prior to reading The Assassin’s Daughter, I kept it pretty spoiler-free. And, as I mention in the video, my apologies for the awkwardness on camera or weird editing/filming glitches!

THE VLOG

Featuring fun things like:
  • I have no idea what I’m doing and neither does my camera.
  • How many times can one person say “generally” in a single video?
  • What is the lighting doing this time?
  • ...and more!

Really though: this was so much fun! Thank you all for the questions!

  1. AAAHHHH!!!! This was so much fun to watch! And excuse me, Missy, but you weren't awkward AT ALL! I was admiring how natural and composed you were on camera. The quality of your video was so good.

I absolutely LOVED getting so much fun behind-the-scenes looks at your writing and TAD and all those fun things. (I 100% agree on The Lunar Chronicles. I LOVE that series. And Cress is my faaaave! :D)

Thank you so much for doing this for us. It was an absolute blast!

    1. Aw, thank you! :) I was a bit surprised at how much easier being in front of the camera was after the first couple of minutes!

The questions were SO much fun! I really enjoyed sharing a bit more about behind-the-scenes stuff too. :)

      Thanks for watching!
