March (So Far)

Pink sunsets in the rearview mirror.
A thin crescent moon in a navy sky at 7:00AM.
Swirls of gravel dust dancing in a swift March breeze.
Driving with the windows down.
Toddler laughs.
Peppermint tea in a favorite mug.
Warm sunshine and bright blue afternoon sky.
Daffodils and dandelions and trees in bloom.
Owl City tunes drifting through the speaker.
A striped sweater for chilly mornings.
Psalms marked in yellow ink.
The smell of fresh-cut grass filling the air.
A morning of rain and snowflakes that disappear as soon as they hit the ground.
Black ink on journal pages.
What are you enjoying about March so far?

  1. This is so lovely. Reminds me to be thankful for the little things!

I am enjoying the lovely mid-March sunshine, with the promise of Spring to come. Early dinners taken outside and joined by the trees and the birds. Budding flowers eager to show their stuff. :]

    1. Dinner outside sounds so fun! One of my favorite parts about the warmer weather is being able to gather around the firepit just for that purpose! :)
