What is the Whatsoever Cafe?

A once-monthly blog post meet up here at Lovely Whatsoevers where we can gather in the comments and talk about writing victories and struggles, what’s inspiring us, and to just have fun talking about the writing life! The virtual doors will open on the second Saturday of each month, but you can join any time of the month!

So find a seat at the virtual tables, grab your favorite (real or virtual) cozy drink, and let’s chat!

What you’re working on:

The Treasonist’s Son, and a few plot bunny rambles.

A writing victory:

Writing words, even if they didn’t quite seem just right. But words are words!

 
A writing struggle:

Sometimes feeling like a scene isn’t playing out how it needs to or how I envision it. A small-ish struggle, I guess, but definitely one I’ve been facing this week.

What’s inspiring you:

The weather and the trees! It’s beginning to look and feel like autumn here, and autumn tends to be my most creative time of year.

A goal for the month:
Write when I can, and hopefully finish four or five big chapters.
